Dear Friends, Greetings of the day. I have joined in this Knowledge sharing forum on 18 Jan 2009, after the advice from one of my friends, Mr. Mukunthan. From day one onwards I used to watch the day-to-day happenings in this Portal and started sharing my opinion, views, replies, comments, suggestions, etc., wherever I feel the relevancy of my posts.

Till now, in the last 7 years tenure, I have posted 4500+ posts in 3200+ threads, 200000+ downloads of the shared attachments, and received 1000 appreciations, which I feel it is an achievement and would like to share with you all. During my journey in Cite HR, I have replied to so many threads, in which I have wounded some of the members with my reply. I felt the necessary at that time. But while reading the same now I felt offended and seek my sincere and heartfelt apologies to the injured members.

Your wishes and blessings will be a motivating factor and boost me to participate more with the knowledge sharing portal, Cite HR.

Things said on a text only medium, to complete strangers are often misconstrued. You shouldn’t give them a second thought. 1000 appreciations is quite an incredible feat. :) Regards, Sid

Dear Bhaskar,
Number of appreciations or number of posts itself, I prefer commending you for the credibility and soundness of your replies. These were to the point, addressed specific issue and hardly there was logical overreach. Your very latest reply for the post titled "Is it possible to get relieving letter after getting terminated" is case in point.
In the journey of citehr, you are excellent companion. I wish you to attain more milestones in near future.
All the best!

Dear Mr.S Bhaskar,
It speaks volumes of your magnanimity to have come out with an apology
(when no one has felt the need for it, but yourself) voluntarily.
Statistics presented above are indicators of your positive contribution.
Please continue with the good work.

Dear Mr. V.Raghunathan

There is a saying, if you share your happiness, it enhances and if you share your sorrows, it reduces. I felt pride while seeing my 1000th like. Normally while achieving any milestone, I used to share with my near and dears with some snacks party or lunch outing in office. Here we all are staying in different location, it is not possible to have some get together. That's the reason I felt sharing the same with a new thread. If the Administrator feels, it will occupy unnecessarily more usage space, he is having full right to delete the thread. I do not have any sort of negative feeling. This also I am only sharing my opinion and not having any such regrets.

Of course, I fully understand that no one is having any need for the above statistical data. It is like a sort of a tenth student comes and disclose his result with joy and eventhough it is nowhere concerned with us, then also we are cheerfully wish him and simply enquire about his future plan in his life. By knowing the future plan of the 10th Student we are not going to do anything. Then also we used to ask him for his satisfaction and, the morale of the student will be very high as his happiness moment is being heard by neighbours.

Hope you can understand my feeling while posting this thread. But presently I feel offended due to this post. As this is posted by myself, my consciousness will not allow me to delete. Hence I request our administrator or any moderator to delete the thread.

There is hardly any reason to delete this thread.
It shows contribution of one person to spreading knowledge.
The post only statistically compiles the contribution.\\
Those who derived benefit out of these posts have appreciated the effort.
