Dear team,
Our ICC Chairperson we are appointed a new staff. Since our company got few lady staff only . But same time we got a senior lady from workers side and she is ans committee members .
Weather we should appoint a senior lady by experience or by position. In our case our chairman is a newly appointed staff by position she is an HR Executive.

The Presiding Officer of any Internal Committee constituted under Section-4 of of SHWW (P,P 7R) Act 2013 has to be / shall be a Woman-Employee "employed at a senior level" at Workplace from amongst the Employees.
The Expression or Words "Senior Level" means and includes Someone at a Senior Hierarchical Level ( consult / refer to the Org Chart) and not Service Seniority between Two and more Employees. Her Nomination as Presiding Officer is By Position held/occupied by her.
Further, the Term Word Expression "Complaints" was deleted in 2016 by an Amendment in the Law and the Committee's Amnded Nomenclature is Internal Committee NO More Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
