I presume you are based in Tanzania. Basis your local guidelines related to resumption of normal economic/ social activities - you may proceed ahead with pre-approved CSR activities. This has tosbe approved at a district/ sub-state level and authorities should be made aware of the activity itinerary along with safety measures you are going to take.
In India, schools have not yet resumed physical attendance. So, n0 question arises for CSR activities.
All contact-less mode of delivery of CSR activities may get quick approval from the local authorities.
