Hi All, We have bit of confusion in PF Registration, Currently we have placed 25 contract employees to different clients on our payroll, none of the employees salary is below 15000 rs, I have registered for ESI as few of the employees earn less than 21000 for rest of them we have provided health insurance but, PF has not been registered yet as employees on our payroll are placed to different clients. My company was registered in the year 2016 do we get any exceptions for PF registration.
