I am attaching herewith a .ppt file, which shows the environment and hierarchy and its impact on Staff (as there is no choice). I think most of the managers are not taking this fact seriously. If they provide their keen attention, most of the problems related to motivation will automatically be avoided. Seniors, i am expecting your guideline and valuable comments, please.
