Respected Sir, When I applied for EPFO REGISTRATION, I forgot to input the ESIC CODE NUMBER. So, now I want to add my ESIC code number to the EPFO employer account. But when I open form 5A, I have not found any option to add the ESIC CODE NUMBER IN EPFO REGISTERED DETAILS. SO, PLEASE TELL ME THE PROCEDURE.

form 5A is exclusive for EPF only
register at https://registration.shramsuvidha.gov.in/ put all concerned registration details, including NIC code, it will all get accumulated under a single LIC no and all registrations will be linked through LIN
