Hi,
Organization's Hierarchy are Company specific based on volume of employees working over there.
In a Proprietorship Companies Proprietor will oversee and control all employees. Where as in big Organizations there will be multi level hierarchy structure will be there Department wise. The unilateral decision of a Supervisor can be challenged with the next level authority where as in Proprietorship companies the decision of the Proprietor will be the final one (monopoly)
Time frame for a Trainee to reach senior position depends on the grasping ability of the trainee and also scope of opportunity for growth in the Organization. There is no fast track options like educational courses.
