I have used this two portals :
1) Naukri.com : It costs nearly 2 Lakh per year for 25000 CVs , 50 Job posting, Bulk Emails (Price negotiable and differs as per requirement)
2) Indeed : Rs. 600 / month - 30 Contacts every month
Also, you can get rates of other portals by visiting their website - Employer login.
