A request for a full and final settlement approval letter is raised by the terminated employee through the HR department
1. Whether the signature of HR is required on the letter or not
2. If the letter is signed by the director, does HR need to sign the permission letter?
3. If any company/factory act for the above rule share the details of the act.

Hi,

The usual process is HR can forward that letter to the Director with a Note & signature stating " Sir for your approval"

The approval will be from the Director of the Company. The letter is routed through HR.
