1. Sir, you cannot get various ESIC benefits by merely operating on ESIC web portal. You are firstly required ( if needed) to contact your ESIS dispensary/hospital, get yourself examined and get medical treatment as well as certification from authorised ESIS doctor. You are required to deposit your said ESIS certificates with appropriate ESIC Branch Office. Sometimes or at some places as per arrangements, ESIS dispensary automatically sends such certificates to concerned ESIC Branch Offices
2. After receipt of medical certificates, the said ESIC Branch Office will examine your eligibility and will pay you the cash benefits by online bank transaction or cash as may be in practice in the area.
