mobile reimbursement in my company we provided post-paid connection
ealier we use to give recharge coupns now we give post-pais conncetions to the marketing employee.
You can give recharge coupns to employee at fixed amount (e.g Rs.200/-)they can use this according their utility means you people fix a amount of mobile reimbursement according to the designation wise .
