Under the ESIC Act 1948 - The State Govt. has been requested to issue notification under Section 1(5) on the lines of Section 2(12) keeping the threshold limit for coverage as 10 employees instead of 20.
My question - Has the Maharashtra Govt. issued a notification lowering the threshold limit for coverage as 10 employess - if yes, can you provide no or date of notification?

Not sure about Mah. gov. but recently Delhi gov issue circular regarding this.
