- Status of Industrial Relations and Implementation of Labor Welfare
- Measures in select Oil Mines
- HR Practices and Organizational Strategies in select IT companies in India
- 360 degree appraisal in ABC Corporation
- Potential appraisal in Maruti Udyog
- Strikes and lockouts in ABC
- Cross cultural issues in HR
- Industrial conflict
- Transfer and Promotional Strategies

Thanks for the query. First, please let us know why you have to submit it urgently? When is the deadline? When did you first know about the need to submit the project report? Has Symbiosis given you any guidelines for undertaking the project? Assuming they have not, have you searched the web for guidelines issued by other institutions? Have you serched CiteHr? If not please search CiteHr; I have posted links to guidelines. Also, see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects.

i have gone through the some project reports on raining and development but it created so confusion to me.
I want to submit it urgently because i want to concentrate on my other exams held by maharashtra gov. And i want to finish this project as soonas possible
SCDL has given some points and project should be framed in it only.
First it should have proposal in format(only 5-6 pages)
Proposal must carry the following information
_ Title of the Project
_ Objectives
_ Need for the topic
_ Methodology and Procedure of Work
_ Statistical Techniques to be used (If any)
_ Chapterisation
_ Detailed Information of Guide: Name, Address, Qualification, Designation, Special
Field of Work, Experience, Any Other Important Information
And they have stated to use research methodology & report should contain the:
Steps in Research Process
Defining the problem and Project Objectives
Designing Project Plan
Collecting Data
Analysis of Data
Interpretation and reporting the findings
I am preparing my report but it is of 30 pages only & i am not getting it how to make it of 65 pages(as it is restricted)
Please guide......

I found a website ( Training and Development Project Report, Radisson Hotel Dissertation : MBA Projects, BBA Project Reports <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) ) where they sell projects. I would not advise students to buy and submit it as their own. However, you could use it as a learning aid: what to do and what not to do, as some of the projects you can get could be substandard.
If you register and log on at Human Resource Training & development - MBA Guys you may get access to some model projects. Again beware of the quality of the projects available.
Both the above sites were found, by searching the web, at Google
