In CTC you can include all amount which is visible in salary slip+ employer contribution ( P F/ ESI( if applicable)+Bonus/ ex- gratia + any monetary benefit which is given to employee by company.
This is called CTC means Cost to company.In this you have to include all those monetary benefit, which is given by company as compensation.

I have a doubt as to whether non monatory benefits are also included in CTC like- Hospital facility, canteen facility, housing facility. Please give ur opinion on this.

As a general practice the companies is not including in kind facilities while defining CTC. The CTC normally includes the monetary payments to the employees. In general the CTC may defined as the sum of:
All Allowances (by whatever name u called),Reimbursement of actual expenses, annual bonus and the retirals.
