Dear friend,
On sucessful completion of your course you can be hired as a trainee in HR. Now you try to learn more in the field you like to pursue and do it in positive way. The working style of every organisation are different from each other. You need to go for training or do your project in a medium size production factory where atleast 1000 workers are working in a day. Your thorough observation during training programme will increase some skill and further working will add. Everything depends upon your endevour.

First and foremost please improve your English language skill. You are supposed to draft or prepare letters, formats, circulars, memos etc. Many youngsters, who have MBA qualifications come here with a request to us to draft simple circulars. It is really a shame and pity that people are keen on qualifications but not skills. Communication is a skill which is required for all but drafting skills ie written English is the very basic fundamental requirement. In your own letter, I can find every second word has something like punctuation, capital letters, coma, missing !!! Youngsters are influenced or spoiled by Mobile lingo unfortunately. Learn to write English in a proper manner. Second, good English speaking. These skills are foundation for a bright career. What you guys study in business schools is just theoretical knowledge for the sake of passing exam. You should know what is actual HR activities that happen in industries. It is a different cup of tea altogether. Therefore, dont get enamoured by your qualification and there is much more beyond that. Hence, develop the urge, desire, passion to learn everything that is required. Whichever company or organisation you join, get to know the business functions of the company in depth. HR is a business partner and do not confine yourself to your area of operation alone.
