Can anyone please help me in sending KRA and KPI, an also what all responsibility I need to play as a Team Lead role through email (e.g: like PDF, Excel Sheet, Word or PPT format), which will help me performing better as a Team Lead (TL) in my company.

On the one side I appreciate your initiative to understand the responsibilities of your job and on the another your post has surprised me. Designing KPIs or KRAs for you is the job of your Manager or General Manager etc. Have you approached to your superiors? What is their take on this?
While designing KPIs and KRAs, one needs to study systems and processes of each department and design the customised KPIs. What is applicable to similar post of some another company may not be applicable to your post.
Your second question is "what all responsibility I need to play as a Team Lead role". Well, gentleman when you were appointed that time HR must have promulgated the Job Description of this position. If you were internally promoted even that time also HR might have given the letter on your new job responsibility. Therefore, why not to approach HR for this purposes?
The least thing you could have done is to download the required material from the internet and shown the draft to your superior managers. Why you did not deem it fit to do that?
General comments for other HR professionals: - The forums of this kind are there to help HR professionals to give some advice. But to give advice, they are expected to do some basic work. In contrast when members raise the very basic queries, it brings out the unsaid part of their posts i.e. disconnect between HR and their staff and disconnect between superiors and juniors. Hope learned HR professionals of this forum try to avoid situation of this kind in their respective organisations.
