What is rule position for Adopting the above Forms. Is it applicable to Sate level Shops and Establishments i.e in the state of Telangana? If no which are the establishments to follow the above GO Formats is it applicable to State Pvt. Establishments?

sir we applied for Registration under CLRA IN SHRAM SUVIDHA PORTAL, all payments were done and application also submitted successfully. we got acknowledgement number. Portal shows submit juridriction ALC HUBLI,
1. we need to submit any hard copies to the ALC Hubli
2. shall we wait till the officer approve
3. After how many days officer approve the application

Dear Mr Shashi Kumar, if your Establishment is not controlled by Central Govy, you should apply in online to the Jurisdictional ALC-Hubli for Regn under CLA.Please go over to office of ALC-Hubli

See it's CLRA compliance meaning Contract labor Act compliance.. This Registers derived from Ease of Compliance now called as ABCD is for all establishments Covered under Central labor Compliance.. Don't get it confused by Other Factories act or Minimum wage act formats. Example if your Principal employer is a Central or has a Project of Central govt, Go blind and follow this...
