My question is some of our company staff & workmen are working in abroad i.e., in Bangladesh (Company belongs to India), we paying salaries in their country currency (Bangladesh - TAKA).
is PF applicable to those who are working in abroad projects as international worker ?????
if applicable what is the process for enroll of that staff / workmen.
PLEASE CLARIFY, MATTER MOST URGENT.
