My advise, since we have organised a couple in the various companies I have worked in:
*Make sure you take into account everyone's needs (so if you have peopel with disabilities make sure the exercises are not too challenging and everyone can join);
*Make sure you explain what the AIM of each exercise is and DEBRIEF, DEBRIEF, DEBRIEF, otherwise the exercises are disconnected
*Try and create a low level of competition and stress more working together
*Give small prizes to those that participate and finish tasks well
Try and enjoy and not have too high a level of expectatio - if the team is dysfunctional, chances are it will come out and you will not be able to solve ALL problems!
Best regards
Paula

As your main mission is team building, I think you sit together and chalk this out.
Also read my following post on what is missing in organizations. Try to recover these emotions during your trip:

Hi Mr.PG,
As a first step you have to workout for the plan schedule, means day wise schedule, if its a 3 day program -
1st - fist half- Activities
1st- second half-Activities
Pls prepare complete plan with durations and break timings. And discuss with your management for further suggestions.
You can plan for some team building games to improve team relations and get them engaged. Plan some activities like
  • Treasure Hunt
  • Ballon Games
  • Some thing new about everyone
  • Cricket
  • Team Quiz
etc
And if you want to go for Outsourcing then you can contact any Resort where you want plan then that resort peple can help in arranging all the thing icluding the Coordinator to conduct activities.
Thanks,
satya
