Whether Ranbaxy should indulge in bulk production of generic drugs or indulge in molecular research, right ?
Is not the subject related to management discipline other than HRM ???
What is its relevance in this forum ??
Is it a case of "found a good PPT on net, so posted it" ????
What a waste of time and energy (incl. electrical), not counting the depreciation of IT assets and environmental impact.
Kindly be discerning enough and selective, on what you post in this forum.

Probably use of such harsh words were not required...I prepared it from Strategic HRM perspective of Ranbaxy..just thought that it would be useful to others as it includes quite a depth of Ranbaxy's mngmt perspective....if it was not worthy , i will take care in future....
