We are a E Learning company based in Pune. Total strength is 18- 20. we are using cloud based software for monitoring active hrs of all employees and also using GreytHR for salary and employee database purpose.
Currently we are looking out for some Performance Appraisal tool. I have already started focusing on KPI and KRA's.
It will be really helpful if you all can suggest me some performance appraisal tools. I am personal looking out for a tool which I can integrate with my exesting cloud based software.
Apart from that also want to change my current cloud Work Time which we are using for monitoring Active hrs so need suggestions for this as well.
