I am working with one of the broking company in India from last 11 years as a Officer post, my current net salary is 9931, now company has transfer me to other our branch can u suggest me how can I fight again Company for transfer issue and salary wages issue

Dear Manoj,
Kindly check Transfer clause in your service agreement / appointment letter, at the time of joining you may received from your employer and the same may be acknowledged by you.
As its a very common clause and under the light of such clause Management reserve right to Transfer employee service from one office to another office or any sister concern. If employee refuse to accept Transfer, such refusal may be considered as misconduct.
And about wage issue, no doubt after 11 years of service, your nature of work may count under skilled category. kindly check your state minimum wage rate as per your schedule of employment / nature of work, and if its less than your current drown wages than you have legal right to claim your unpaid wages from your employer with arrears.
And If your current wage rate is equivalent or more than minimum wage rate; than legally you don't have right to fight with your employer.

You Have not given any details if your designation or nature of work or nature of industry. Officer in brokerage is a very vague term
In the end, what salary conpany will give you depends on them and your skills. And how easy is it to replace you. If you have 11 years of experience and are not satisfied with the salary then why not look elsewhere for a job ?
Only rule they need to follow on this is that they should pay above minimum wages
