Hello Everyone..... I have a question about EPF, i.e. one worker worked in another company for 1 year with pf benefits, then he left the job. after 6 month interval he joined on our company. Our company gave him a new pf account number with same UAN. Now he wants to withdraw his previous employer's PF amount. But the previous company was not willing to withdraw but was ready to transfer the amount to a new pf account. can he withdraw his previous company pf amount without a transfer?
