Dear All;
I am new to CiteHR. I am doing MBS-HR, as well as doing job in pharmaceuticals company. One of my friend gave me his salary structure for understanding the breakup. I am learning HR, & I don't have any experience in HR,can't understand the breakup. Can anyone tell me is this right breakup?

Be in particular what is your query.
whether you need the break up from a given ctc, or calculation of tax, etc.
The given attachment seems to be a template downloaded from the web which calculates the tax when the salary details are attached.
Please elaborate your query.

Dear All; I just want to check out whether it is right breakup according to rule. Just explain me first sheet

As per the first sheet
1. Fixed monthly salary is given as Rs.25000/-
Basic is correct (Normally most of the companies follow this which is CTC*40%)
HRA is also correct ( For metro Basic * 50% Non-Metro Basic * 40%)
Conveyance is also correct it is fixed at Rs.800/- p.m.
Other allowance is given as 8950/- Please confirm whether it is a fixed one.
My clarifications
Please confirm whether the 25000/- is a cost to the company (CTC) if so the PF both employer and employee contribution will be included in it. Kindly confirm on this.
