Can anyone plz explain d procedure of filling form 10d of pf in case of death .plz clarify the following also
1.for his children birth certificate is required as proof or Aadhaar enough
2.one is major and working as trainee and has PF. His age 19 years.whether his name can be included as he is below 25years
3.while applying form 20whether spouse name alone is enough or nominees mentioned in form10d to b written in form20 also
4.whether death certificate downloaded is enough
5.already delayed for about one year in submitting form.any problem regarding that
6.what all documents to be submitted
