Sales person are much needed in todays market irrespective of which product or services.
Hiring a salesperson will have some advantages
1. Increased Business
2. Inflow of new ideas
3. Increase in External contact
4. Promotion
Criteria for a architect
1. BE in Civil
2. Course in Architecture preferred or Experience in working with a Architect firm.
3. Major criteria is Communication and Convincing abilities.

But our sir said me to look out for some who has pleasant personality & good at presentations.
preferabally from airlines or media background with knowledge of corporate sales who is interestered in selling our services.
So for finding such person what can be done means what way can i adopt?

The Business Dev. Manager or Marketing person should have the same back ground of Architecture for technical presentations. The persons from other sectors like aviation or media may not have the expertise of architecture.
