This is the first time i am posting athread in this forum n hope that will get help
I need to prepare a training proposal for creating a leadership academy at my office.
The proposal needs to cover objective,scope, methodology and deliverables
Things like should we have a fixed curriculum or personalised program
then how would we execute this programme
how would we identify who is to be involved
how would we monitor progress , would there be any reward and recongnition
would we give them a graduation certificate
how do we ensure that there is a vallue add at each level...
Really looking towards some help
