Before joining any organisation submission of photo copies mandatory. But I am afraid while submitting xerox copies , (By mistake can't submit forged docs) to employer.
If i can submit only soft copies and ask employer that if you need you can take xerox copies. Submitting Xerox copy is not my responsibility.
Then is it ok.I do not want to take tensions because of this situation I suffered a lot in past.
Please suggest.

Dear DTROCKS,
Please note that there is no logic and genuine ground for your stand taken that you only want to provide Soft Copies not xerox copies of all documents in support of your eligibility for position. If you do not comply , how will you be allowed to report your joining. As long as one does not comply the xyz requirement and does report without documents /supporting as a compliant person, there is only chance that person can not justify to be fit for employment. Why make a simple thing complicate and then run for solution? An organization is wanting to hire a responsible , disciplined, matured and compliant person who would bring in better work practices, wonderful feeling of peace and serenity to make better joints always.
Such things should not be asked in a forum like CiteHR. Members here are to share and express them openly to seek knowledge out of experiences and successes to practice and execute in their routine.

Do you mean you have forged document & are afraid that you will submit it by oversight? There is no harm if you submit self-starter copies.

I am not clear.
You are willing to submit forged soft copy but not forged xerox.
And the logic you are giving is that giving forged xerox copy is a criminal offence.
Well, let me enlighten you. Giving forged soft copy is an equal offence and you can end up in jail just the same way. Under the information technology act, 2000 softcopy is equivalent to a physical copy. They can trace your submission and prove that you have the forged copies
