Hi Sir, I am Joined a consulting firm recently, wherein Employer registered with PF establishment, but they are not recovering PF from salary, they are mentioning that they are not going to deduct PF for the first 6 months, after 6 months, they start deducting from my salary, I have a question here, whether PF deduction is mandatory or optional, can we inform our employer not to deduct PF, Please suggest us.
