I wish to start with my HR consultancy firm in Mumbai.
I am an MBA graduate from abroad and have 6 years of HR experience in abroad. Now, settled in Mumbai for an year and struggling to find a job. Therefore, with my only one year of Indian HR experience , I do not have a clear idea and all relevant info about Indian HR system and legislations to start my own firm on a sole proprietorship. I really would appreciate your kind assistance and support in this.
I also would want to know the pros and cons in acquiring new companies as it's quite competitive market right now.
What is the initial capital and ROI presently?
I am really looking forward for your opinions and suggestions on this.
