Dear Ranjan,

You will have 4-hour training after which you will provide dinner to the employees. Therefore, will this training session be after the regular working hours or within hours since the employees work in night shift?

To conduct the training you need to identify the challenges that your organisation faces. Which skills are necessary to overcome these challenges? However, all this does not matter to you since training in your case would be more an event rather than organisational development activity.

When such events are organised, business owners are not so interested to measure the ROI. Therefore, whatever you conduct would be acceptable to the business owners or employees. Trainer's focus would be more on managing the audience rather than bringing out a behavioural change. As such in 4-hour session no trainer on earth can bring a lasting change. Therefore, you may organise team building games. Whether these games translate into actual teamwork or not, these are best to time the time slot.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar

Dear Ranjan,
Can you give more detailed information about this workshop? What is your objective to conduct it? do you want your employees to have fun? or do you want your employees to have fun while exploring more about each other? or any behavioral changes or skills you want your employees to get equip with?
Do mail me on udayoutdoors@gmail.com or call on 9029815556 for further guidance.
