Following are the KPI of Safety And Health :
1. Improvement in Frequency Rate.
2. Improvement in Severity Rate.
3. No. of Safety education training imparted or conducted to employees and Contract workmen.
4. Near Miss Reporting.
5. Any Innovative or new development for strengthen Health & Safety in an organization.
Hope It is enough to do and seniors may guide you much better.
