This is very fine tool assessing performance player. We call this as P-Square activity. This is wonderful tool and gives very good result assessing the key performers, average or below performer of the organisation.

Thanks for sharing the PPT. However I am not sure how do i utilise it. I have created a similar format in excel and have added another sheet with skills, potential, development areas and names of the individuals who should be mapped. Could you please let me know how do I relate both the sheets?
