I have one employee on our permanent role who is working with us for 3 days, complete 8 hrs.& booking his time sheet for 24 hr. in a week. It a fixed contract with him for 1 year.Will he be eligible for any kind of leaves? I need your prompt response.please help me.

Your question is not only contradictory but confusing too. You've said that he is on your permanent roll but at the same time having a fixed-term contract of one year with you. A part time employee permanently employed as such can also be shown in the permanent roll subject to the condition of accruel of quantifiable proportionate benefits.In case of fixed-term contract, you have to go by the explicit terms of the contract if so provided therein.
