Keeping in view the COVID-19 Pandemic, Lockdown & the hardships faced by the Employers in filing ESI Contribution, ESIC Department has provided further extension of ESI Contribution Due date for February 2020 by 75 days.
The Due date for filing the ESI Contribution for the wage month of February 2020 was earlier extended by 45 days [i.e. from 15 March to 15 April 2020]. The ESIC Department considering the hardships caused due to COVID-19 Pandemic & Lockdown in the Country has decided to provide relaxation through further extension of ESI Contibution due date for February 2020 by 75 days.
The ESI Contribution for the wage month of February 2020 , can be filed and paid upto 15th May, 2020 instead of earlier extended period of 15th April, 2020. for Income Tax, GST and legal updates visit https://legalfilings.in
