I want to know the process of establishment of any factory in the MIDC area and in Villege area. also want know the all legal formalities before start any textile factory where 1000 and above worker will going to work for 12 months.

Dear Sarang,
You need to do the following.
1. MIDC Area
- Agreement with MIDC
- Registration of Factory
- Necessary approvals like, Plan Layout, Stability Certificate, various documentation with authorities like, Factory Inspector, MPCB & other required govt. offices & authorities.
2. Factory in Village
- NOC from Grampanchayat
- Apporval from above govt. authorities.
- Approval from Town Planning
- Approval from Irrigation dept.
If the land is taken for industrial purpose, you need to take NA order from Tahsildar.
