I am working in construction company and all are aware that in construction industry, worker's turn over is very high. As per payment of bonus act 1965, every worker / employee is eligible for bonus as he or she worked minimum 30 days during calendar year. In our company we have hired workers though sub contractors in our project. As per client's guideline they demand Form - C Bonus register for f.y. 2017-2018 and demand bonus paid proof of bank only. We have not maintained form - C.
My quarry is how we can maintain form -c of our sub contractor's workers and produce payment of bonus ?
