Friends,
First of all, my sincere apologies for such a delayed response.
We thank all the members who participated in the meet and made it very successful. Members, without your live and active participation, the meet would not have been successful. The beauty of this meet is that there were Old members who are already friends with each other and new members, whom we made friends now. There were members from Software, IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Service Industry etc. It was perfect blend of a complete HR Forum.
Below is the detailed hour-by-hour action which took place.
This time we got a very good venue for our meet it is very ideal for this kind of meets/gatherings.
Opening Remarks
After all the members registering themselves at the Registration Desk (Managed by Hanu and Phani), the meet started at 2.30pm with opening remarks explaining the purpose of the meet by Manish Modani, who very energetically anchored the entire event till its end. Thanks Manish, Hanu and Phani.
Introduction
All the members both new and old introduced themselves with brief introduction to the entire group.
Brief on HR trends by Mr Sudhakar, Well known Trainer.
After the introduction session, the stage was handed over to Sudhakar, who is very well known Trainer in AP with 30 years of experience in HR & IR. He trains people from BHEL and other Corporates. His update on latest HR trends captured the interest of members. The session went on very interactively. Thank you Sudhakar Garu…
Break
Now its Break time and we all had very tasty & Hot Samosas and Hyderabad Irani Chai brought on a two wheeler by Phani and Prabhakar. Thanks to you guys.
HR Quiz
After recharging and refueling themselves with refreshments, the members were ready for fun and insight filled Quiz.
The members were divided into 6 Groups with one leader (Names given below) from each group. Ravindra P conducted the Quiz with brilliant questions. Manish and Prabhakar helped him with coordination and scoring. The questions were very astute. Some questions like:
- What is the full form of CITU
- Which is the latest edition of HBR
made the members laugh.
Group – 1 – Leader – Vahini Reddy
Group – 2 – Leader – Sailaja
Group – 3 – Leader – Santosh
Group – 4 – Leader – Bhaskaran KS
Group – 5 – Leader – Yeswanth
Group – 6 – Leader – Hardeep Kaur
In total there were 30 questions and the WINNER was Group – 2 Lead by Sailaja. Group 2 were underdogs and no one expected that they will win. Congrats to Group 2 again from the forum. However, on the lighter side, the Quiz Master got the highest points as he himself gave answers to many questions.

Case Study
After fun filled Quiz, now it’s the time for serious discussion on Case Study, moderated by ‘Always Young’ Hanumantha Rao. We call him with Love as ‘Honey’.
The Case Study was explained by him to all the members and they have to come with a solution in 15 mins. The Teams were very proactive and they came with a solution within 10 mins.
Each Team Leader read-out the solution for the case-study from his team. There were discussions and deliberations during this and sometimes we had to cool-down some members like Dakshina Murthy and others as it was leading to heated HR discussion. So the organizers used their HR/IR tactics and got the situation under control.
Conclusion
The HR Quiz WINNERS were presented with Pens as Takeaways and they got the honor to cut a Cake, which was shared by all.
Overall the meet went on very well and it was very well received.
