Good looking presentation.
I actually encourage my clients to consider 2 types of induction which can be fused together or separated. In addition i have participated in a 3 month long programme that was satisfying if nothing.
An Induction should introduce the new employee with the company i.e vision; mission; corporate identity; org structure; working house rules; employee rights; employee handbook; career prospects.
Then it could also include topics such as personal effectiveness (includes time mnagement, goal setting,etc); career planning and other skills relevant to the organization in question.
No ppt for your use but i hope these tips are useful.
