I Need Help in Developing a Powerpoint Presentation for Induction of New Joinees.
I have Joined the Organisation 10 days Back & i found that previously HR personeel uses the simple paper note to tell About Organisation. I suggested Management to start or change the method. Now Management has given me the responsibility to develop a Power point Presentation.
Please share your valuable suggestions.

On boarding of the employees; is one the most critical point of recruitment and selection area. I do suggest you to please consider the following area in your presentation;
1- Organization, Mission, Vision and Objective
2- Key Staff member introduction and their picture/ organization chart
3- Important organization policies and regulation
4- Involve rest of the department to provide a brief business activities of their department into this presentation and join your session one by one to discuss and present their department
5- Departments that can be your partner in this, would be; Finance, Admin, Procurement, Security and specific and mandatory business area's representatives
6- The rest of the points could be covered by the HR team
