I need suggestion and help too..
As I started my career with recruitment firm at there I worked for 1yrs and due to some problem I resigned from there ,then I looked for job but at that I time decided I will not work in any of recruitment firm ,i targeted only for corporates after long time that is after 1 year I got the job in corporate but now problem is here ,i am only looking recruitment part ,when I was interviewed here I was told I will be taking care of core HR activities ,till so far (1 year) I am only looking only recruitment.
I want to learn other activities of HR ,what should I do ,these things frustrates me a lot...
