Dear Manisha,
Your organization will fall under shops and establishments. Hence, from the above notification you need to consider the 1st sector which is S&E. These are minimum wages. Obviously majority of the cases wages are at par. You only have to ensure employee wages shouldn't lesser than the minimum wages.
