The Cognitive ability test is defined as "The cognitive ability test is another name for aptitude tests or intelligence tests. When the term cognitive ability test is used in a psychometric assessment context, it usually means all sort of numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, abstract reasoning, and mechanical reasoning tests".
Large number of books are available on aptitude tests. Few tests are available on the internet also. You may search these tests and choose what suit you best.
