plzz..help me in preparing my internship report on performance appraisal system of sbi. as it is a public sector unit plzz someone help me how they use performance appraisal.i visited one of the branch of sbi but there was no work for me..they just gave me the documents regarding PA and asked me to analyse the system and prepare the report. they didnt provided me the opportunity for an on-field experience......

What type of project u wnat 2 make?
Whether project is permitted by competent authority of SBI.
We in SBI generally not discuss in public of the policies SBI, if it SBI means State Bank Of India.
Incentive is generally token cash prize. In some cases foreign educational tour. Even foreign posting is part of reward system.
Boss is given certain parameters ON THE BASIS OF WHICH APPRAISAL is made. For the job, where budgetary responsibility is given, judgement is made on the basis of achievement targets. Appraisal system is very strong and less dependent on whims of SBI
