Dear Mr. Prem Chanda Yadav,
Few days ago I read an article that after 5 years HR Professionals demand will be decreased 50-60% because AI HR will take the replacement. Stills my efforts to gripped my skills in AI HR according to the future HR vision/trends and update my knowledge. A successful professional will be prepared as per the coming future trends.
My study background is in Project Management and throughout my 15 years experience in Administration and HR Department so I am trying to attain more and more knowledge about Administration and HR Department.
Thanks for your kind response.

Mr. Raza

You have understood the future correctly.
More and more things will be automated, and others will move to self-service portals.
The clerical and traditional work that HR does will be decimated.

The IR part, involving mediation and ensuring peace and satisfaction will remain the main course of HR Functions.

On the other hand, for AI to be successful, the programers need domain knowledge that they don't have. So they will hire HR personnel (experienced ones, or probably those with MBA in HR) to help them navigate and understand the HR domain. Even if you don't learn programming and software development, you can try and get work in software companies doing HR Software or those working on AI and Automation of HR processes and you will probably find a rewarding career.

Dear Mr. Saswata,
Nowadays HRIS as a routine matter and every HR Professional is working accordingly. I would like to ask in which vision/trends we will be focused and keep an eye on future requirements that may be currently in the research process and implemented in future. Many new things will take the place and old ones will vanish. So please guide me accordingly.

Unfortunately, I do not have the answer
You probably need to trowl the google news for research, AI predictions etc.
But still, I would say that these companies need domain expertise of HR to be able to achieve it. So you can look for opportunities.

One area where AI / Big Data is going to go is predictive staffing. Both in predicting need for hiring more manpower in line with projected business growth (or contraction) and in expected manpower shortages on account of absence, leave, sickness, etc. Micro-monitoring of employee's work, their lack of focus, specially in WFH environment is likely to get a fillip.

Rest, if you find more areas, please post back here so we update ourselves.

Dear Mr. Saswata,
An article has been passed through my eyes stating that some information as per AI requirements we will put about employees and automatically answered will be shown that concerned employees needed L&D, T&D, weakness, strength, Leadership style, personality style, Qualities etc. Almost one month has passed. I am searching for that article and informed many professionals that are in my circle or outside. If I gained that article, it must be shared with you. If in your knowledge as per above please inform me.
Thanking you

I would suggest you set up several Google Alerts based on the questions you are asking.

Google will then automatically send you articles and information relevant to your questions as it finds them. That way you can keep abreast of developments in the AI/HR space. You can tell Google Alerts how often you want to see them, e.g. daily, weekly etc.
