My husband has worked in a private ltd company as a supervisor after his resignation he has submitted his PF Withdrawl form to the company office. now almost 7 months over.whenever we inquired about the submission they have excuses regarding the same and last week I have sent a letter regarding withdrawl form and also mentioned in it shall i make compliant to PF office & they replied go and give a compliant and then inform us.
I request you to please help me to get his PF amount.
