As per PF rule from the date of relieving if you are unemployed even after lapse of 60 days then PF can be claimed.
If you claim before 60 days only partial amount can be withdrawn. Reason being your ex employer would require time to credit the pf contribution upto relieving date and also PF returns also to be submitted to PF Office.
