Hello Everyone, My Brother working in an ltd. The company got salary deducted due to a Software glitch his production target got counted for those days but couldn't capture the timing of it. After talking with the HR and the team leader, they say will reconsider and will see what they can do. They didn't say whether they will compensate for the deduct salary. I don't understand if the employee has worked on the day and you can see the target achieved of that particular day then why deduct salary only on the basis of some glitch of not capturing time frame. If this glitch happens in the future then again salary will be deducted and this will keep on repeating and it will demotivate the employees who work hard. What should we do in this situation? I need opinions on it.
