i am doing my research on motivation in employees. i am trying to relate job satisfaction, salary, career progression opportunities, leadership, job security, and organization philosophy like delegation of authority and responsibility and trust on employees to motivation.

I have done my Phd thesis on job satisfaction and my thesis contains all these. Unfortunately web copies/ soft copies are not available.
to sum up my thesis , i have studied the Job satisfaction factors of professional , semi professional, skilled and unskilled employees in govt sector. Factors analysed includes job related factors, personality factors and personal factors. there is lot of variation among the contributory factors of job satisfaction and motivation among various employee classess. but altogether, job related factors are the main reasons affecting the job satisfction of an employee and personaland personality factors do not have such direct impact on JS. as per my study. The job rlated factors includes-intrinsic aspects of the job, supervision,job security,relations with higher officials,working conditions,salary, opportunities for promotions and job advancements,social aspects of the job,communications,fringe benefits etc.Among these factors too intrinsic aspects, supervison and social aspects of the job have more influence on the job satisfactio of the employees than the other.
