Just like to ask for advice. You see I've been in training for 4 years now but my exposure is on Facilitation... I don't have any exposure in training design before I join my present company. And now, I am in-charge in doing training designs and I am really having a hard time crafting my objectives and deciding what topics to include. Right now I am doing a lot of readings with the aid of references from internet. Would like to hear your suggestion on very good websites where I can get a lot of good information.
